The Spanish version is the original. If the versions differ, the one more favorable to you applies, and nothing in either limits the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer.

These terms apply to purchases outside Argentina, through Creem, in US dollars. If you are in Argentina, buy on the Argentine site: there you will find a different seller and a different period to cancel the purchase. If you are in Argentina and you bought here in dollars anyway, the ten-calendar-day period of Law 24,240 is not lost: ask for it at soporte@libretadegym.com.

1. Who is who

The product and the license come from Ignacio Juaquin, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-44629697-4, Falucho 927, Rafaela, Santa Fe, Argentina ("we", "us"). Support: soporte@libretadegym.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, Argentina time. That address is on this site, on the purchase receipt and inside the app. There is no phone number.

The payment is sold by Armitage Labs OÜ (registry code 16977866), Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia, under the name Creem, acting as the merchant of record: it calculates, charges and remits the tax that applies under its rules, issues the receipt, and handles refunds and chargebacks. Your card or bank statement shows Creem's name, not Libreta de Gym. Creem's buyer terms and privacy notice govern the payment: read them before you pay.

We are responsible for the app, the license and support on how to use it. Creem is responsible for the payment.

2. What you buy

Access to Libreta de Gym, a web app for logging your workouts. It runs in the browser of your phone or computer, using the personal link we email you. It is not installed from an app store; you can add it to your home screen from the browser if you want.
The app and support on how to use it are in Spanish only. This website can be read in English. The app, the guide and support replies cannot. If that does not work for you, do not buy it.
It is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, it does not renew and there are no recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel each month.
The purchase includes, at no extra cost, a user guide in PDF and 3 routines. They are templates for logging, not a personalized plan.
Improvements to the app arrive on the same link, at no extra charge, for as long as the app stays published.
You activate access on up to 3 browsers. Safari and Chrome on the same phone count as two. On an iPhone, the copy added to the home screen stores its data separately and counts as another slot.
You need an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) and an internet connection to activate and to verify access. Once opened online, it can open again offline for up to 14 days after the last check.

3. Your workout data stays on your phone

Everything you log (exercises, weights in kilos, sessions, measurements) stays only on your device. We never receive it and we keep no copy. If you clear your browser data, use private mode, or the browser purges sites you have not used, that data is lost and only comes back from a backup you downloaded yourself.

The app has "Respaldar ahora" ("Back up now"; on some phones, "Compartir respaldo", "Share backup") and "Importar respaldo" ("Import backup"). The app is in Spanish only, so the buttons appear in Spanish. Back up often. Do not send us that file: we cannot store it or recover it for you.

4. Price and payment

The published price is from USD 15, plus the applicable tax (the sales tax your jurisdiction applies to this purchase). It is not a fixed price. Before you confirm, Creem's checkout shows the total with the applicable tax. We add no other charges.

You pay the amount the checkout shows you at that moment. Payment is processed in Creem's checkout; we never see or store your card details.

5. How access arrives

Once Creem confirms the payment, we email you your personal link, these terms and the links to the refund policy and the privacy policy. It normally arrives within minutes and, at the latest, within 48 hours of the payment being confirmed. If it does not reach you within that time, check your spam folder and write to soporte@libretadegym.com: we sort it out or we ask Creem to refund the purchase.

By completing the purchase you accept these terms and confirm that you have read the privacy policy. Before you pay, Creem's checkout shows the links to these terms, to the refund policy and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not complete the purchase.

6. The license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, the guide and the routines. They are for your personal use: you may not resell, publish or share them. The same goes for the link: if you share it, it uses up your slots.

The app, the guide, the routines, the text, the designs and the Libreta de Gym brand belong to Ignacio Juaquin, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-44629697-4, Falucho 927, Rafaela, Santa Fe, Argentina.

If all 3 slots are taken, you can free one you no longer use once every 30 days, or write to us and we will free it within 3 business days.

7. If something does not work

If the app does not work as described here, write to soporte@libretadegym.com. We try to fix it first. If we cannot make it work as described within a reasonable time, we cancel the purchase and ask Creem to refund everything you paid.

This is separate from a change-of-mind refund: here the app failed. Nothing in these terms limits the rights your country's law gives you when a product does not work.

8. Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy. The money is returned by Creem; we revoke access once the refund is completed. We do not promise any period other than the one that policy and your country's law set. Creem's own power to refund within 60 days of the purchase is not a period we offer.

9. Not health advice

Libreta de Gym is a logbook. It does not give medical, training or nutrition advice, and it promises no physical results. For any health question, talk to a professional.

10. Age

To buy, you must be 18 or older and of the legal age of majority where you live.

11. Availability

The license does not expire and includes improvements for as long as the app stays published. If we decide to stop publishing it or to stop offering activation, we will email you at least 30 days in advance so you can download your backup. That notice applies to a shutdown we decide ourselves; we cannot promise it if the service stops for something that does not depend on us. Your workouts stay on your phone and you download the backup yourself.

12. Where we sell

These terms apply to purchases made from the countries listed in the legal notice. We do not sell in any other country.

13. Changes

If we change these terms, we publish the new version with its date. A change does not apply to a purchase already made in any way that harms you, unless you accept it.

14. Applicable law

The payment is governed by Creem's terms and by the law those terms name. Use of the app is governed by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence where your country's law allows it. Nothing here cuts back a right your country's law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
